My seventh installment on the NC Art Museum’s Rolling Sculpture show.

Five of these concept roadsters were built. The retractable hardtop was of metal, and the hood and deck lid were steel. The rest of the body was aluminum stretched over a wooden frame. Ralph Roberts and Alex Tremulis were the designers.
