Scarab

The first minivan courted the popularity of the Egytian archeology (Tutmania). Designer William Bushnell Stout was another believer in aircraft design and engineering for automobiles. The monocoque featured aluminum over a steel frame shell and a rear-mounted V-8 Ford engine. Fewer than ten were built, five survive. The interior had a table and rearrangeable seating.
